It was only natural for owner and principal designer, Kip O’Brien, to pursue a career in design – both her parents had a passion for the arts and historic preservation, and she spent her childhood surrounded by antiques in one of Princeton’s oldest homes.  Kip’s two decades in fashion advertising at Vogue, Town & Country and Glamour gave her a deep understanding of color, proportion, texture and style which she now brings to her residential projects in New York City, Florida, and Fairfield County, CT.  Listening and understanding her client’s needs and implementing those desires are Kip’s forte and her spaces are as chic as they are functional.

For the past 19 years, Kip has helped clients achieve their decorating dreams within the parameters of their individual needs and lifestyle, while making the process stress-free and enjoyable.  With her expert guidance and attention to detail, Kip’s clients are reassured that they will avoid costly design mistakes while managing their expectations.  Her projects vary from color selection and decorating to larger home renovations and new construction.
